This imposing stack of books represents the research I've completed for a class entitled "The Church in the Eyes of the Reformers." My final paper will deal with the extent to which the magisterial reformers John Calvin and Martin Luther relied upon natural law theory in their theological works. It's been a fun project so far, and now I'm on the last legs of completing the work.
I spent some time today in conversation with a married couple that had recently returned from China. While there as "tourists," they engaged in some underground missionary work. Interestingly, official state-sponsored religious participation China is growing substantially. Cool.When words are many, transgression is not lacking, but the prudent are restrained in speech.
