IDIOCY IS ALIVE IN THE NINTH CIRCUIT

From the front lines of the Left Coast, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has given a potentially huge gift to the right with this ruling. The President is upset, and politicians on both sides of the aisle are livid. House Speaker Dennis Hastert, R-Ill, has already issued a screed condemning the delays in the Senate Judiciary Committee, saying
It's time for the Senate to move forward and confirm some common-sense jurists.
Interestingly, it seems that attacks on the Pledge have been more prevalent lately, particularly in Wisconsin and Minnesota.

::What Next?:: sincerely hopes that the government will appeal this boneheaded decision made by the most overturned court in America.
