WHAT A BUSY DAY
The Supremes give the nod (correctly) to the Cleveland school voucher program. Expect similar programs to blossom across the nation.
The moron on the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals who ruled that the Pledge of Allegience is unconstitutional stayed his own order today, pending futher legal review. Attorney General John Ashcroft pledges a rehearing before the court.

IDIOCY IS ALIVE IN THE NINTH CIRCUIT
From the front lines of the Left Coast, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has given a potentially huge gift to the right with this ruling. The President is upset, and politicians on both sides of the aisle are livid. House Speaker Dennis Hastert, R-Ill, has already issued a screed condemning the delays in the Senate Judiciary Committee, saying
